Welcome to my website!

In case you ended up here by accident and are wondering what exactly this site is about, let me introduce myself.

My name is Elena Carter, and I write stories.

My debut fantasy novel ”Follow the Hummingbird”, the first book of The Dream Tamer Chronicles, was released in 2021. The second book in the series, “Follow the Blue Rabbit” was released in 2022. And the final part of the trilogy, “Follow the Dragonfly”, comes out on May 30, 2023. You can find more information on them when you click the ”Books” tab in the main menu.

I am also currently working on my next book, a collection of short stories about a town where magic is interwoven with the ordinary everyday life.

In the ”Blog” section you will find my thoughts and insights on the writing process in general and on my journey as a writer in particular.
